RESPONSE TO COVID-19
WE WANT TO BE THE SAFEST PLACE TO STAY SO HERE IS WHAT WE ARE DOING
To Our Valued Guests: (To get regular updates during COVID-19 please like our Facebook Page – Nature’s Inn Kenora)
Effective November 27, 2020, the Northwestern Health Unit Region moved to COVID-19 Yellow Protect Level. For more information on this please read the media release at this link: NWHU Media Release
Nature’s Inn Family is continuously monitoring the development of COVID-19 around the world. Our number one priority is the well-being, health, and safety of our guests and team members. In order to secure that, we have set up procedures, plans, and routines in place so that all our guests can feel safe when staying at our hotel.
Nature’s Inn Family team members are informed daily in detail on essential preparatory and prevention measures ranging from hygiene measures including increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency to guidelines on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) or lockdowns for quarantine purposes in cooperation with the local authorities. We have confidence in their abilities.
At each hotel, health and safety measures have always been designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to the guest room and lobby area cleaning procedures.
Social Distancing Practices – Social contact is limited at our hotels because all our rooms are accessed from outside, we don’t have hallways and we don’t have a common breakfast area. We have one common area (the lobby) where a hand sanitizing station is set up with instructions as you enter our lobby.
Nature’s Inn Family thanks everyone for their continued support, wish everyone good health, and encourages everyone to stay safe.
KENORA
The latest addition to the Nature’s Inn Family underwent a complete transformation inside and out prior to re-opening July 1, 2011. And in 2016, 9 more rooms were added to provide more amenities for the long term stays. Two types of suites were designed for this wing, the deluxe suites which provides more space and the mini efficiency suites which provides a more economical stay in a smaller space.
The Nature’s Inn Kenora is a family owned and managed property. As with our other locations our brand has always been to build the business one guest at time as “Your Home Away From Home”.
The re-opening of this property was purchased as a way to support the community, provide jobs and to encourage entrepreneurship.
This is an ideal location with easy access to Lake of the Woods and is within walking distance to Keewatin Beach, several restaurants, hiking trails, a boat launch and the Keewatin arena.
