Exploring the Wilderness
Wabigoon Lake is well known for its pickerel/walleye fishing, year-round bass and northern pike, lake trout, and big muskellunge (muskie) fishing. You can also join the annual TBaytel Dryden Walley Masters Fishing Tournament and the Dryden Bass Tournament.
Northwestern Ontario includes a growing population of whitetail deer, moose, and black bears as well as many waterfowl and majestic eagles. Be sure to explore the adjacent Laura Howe Marsh or the Trans Canada Trail water route via canoe or kayak.
